Games: (game are also software you know...)

    5 Days A Stranger- http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/5days/ 5DAS is a medium-length free adventure game with a horror theme

    7 Days a Skeptic http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/7days/ 7 Days a Skeptic is the sequel to 5 Days A Stranger

    Trilby's Notes- http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/notes/ prequel of 7 days

6 Days a Sacrifice- http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/6days/ 6 Days A Sacrifice is the fourth and final instalment of the John DeFoe series

    Cho Ren Sha 68k - http://www2.tky.3web.ne.jp/~yosshin/my_works/index.html Indie bullet-hell shooter

Nomltest FS - http://www.vector.co.jp/download/fil.../fh362111.html another indie bullet-hell shooter with retro look

    Warning Forever - http://www18.big.or.jp/~hikoza/Prod/ Bullet Hell, boss-after-boss

Cave Story - http://agtp.romhack.net/doukutsu.html You’re no indie gamer if you haven’t played this one. With a brilliant story, colorful graphics and awesome 8-bit music, this is THE indie game. Very famous, fun and really deep platformer.

Within a Deep Forest - http://withinadeepforest.ni2.se/ An incredibly well done mix between a puzzle and a platformer, with a brilliant music composition and a very nice level design.

Every Extend - http://www.vector.co.jp/download/fil.../ff327077.html A very unique concept executed brilliantly. Every Extend Extra (PSP) is based on this game. You could probably catalog it as puzzle/shooter

N - http://www.harveycartel.org/metanet/n.html A fun (and very frustrating!) platformer. You play as a ninja, what else do you need?

And Yet It Moves- http://www.andyetitmoves.at/ Fun, short game with cool paper cut-out visual style

Fire and Forget- http://robfitz.org/fireandforget/index.htm Kind of a side-scrolling shooter with cool music and crazy stylized graphics

Dice Wars - http://www.gamedesign.jp/flash/dice/dice.html A very cool online strategy game with some deep mechanics and fun gameplay.

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory http://www.3dgamers.com/games/wolfensteinet/ A traditional WWII FPS for Linux, Windows and Mac.

Klass of 99- http://retrospec.sgn.net/users/rjordan/klass/ A remake of the awesome old ZX Spectrum/Commodore 64 game Skool Daze.
